At what time is check-in and check-out?

Generally hotel rooms are available from 2pm check-in and 12pm is check-out time.

When can I expect to get an answer to an inquiry?

What age is considered a child to be free of charge?

  • 10 years old and below is free for accomodation.
     
  • 3 years old and below is free for pool entrances.

What are the Dos and Don'ts in Malachi Hotel and Resort Facility?

  • WiFi Zone at the restaurant, café area, and pavillion
     
  • Free parking
     
  • No smoking in most areas including rooms and cottages for accomodation.
     
  • 2 outdoor pools
     
  • No pets allowed

What is the mode of payment for reservations?

We only accept cash payment to guarantee your reservation. You can use LBC Door to Door just address the payment to

We will email you the scanned copy of official receipt. Kindly include a mailing fee if you need the original copy to be sent thru LBC.

You can also deposit your payment thru Malachi Hotel and Resort bank account and email us the deposit slip for verification.

50% is usually required for advanced reservation and full payment is requested upon arrival using your reservation.

₱5,000.00 is required payment in event reservation to be able to reserve the date. 50% of the total event package shall be paid two weeks prior to the event and full payment is requested upon completion of the event.

Kindly send scanned copy of bank receipts or proof of payment thru e-mail to confirm the reservation.

 

What age is allowed to make reservations?

At least 21 years of age and an ID maybe required at times.

If I need more than 1 room, can I book 2 rooms with one reservation?

Yes, you can book more than one room with one reservation.
